DMC single-machine dust collector is a small bag filter, which uses high pressure (0.5-0.7 MPa) high flow pulse valve to spray the filter bag one by one. The dust collector has two kinds of cleaning methods: on-line spraying and off-line spraying.

DMC single-machine dust collector is mainly composed of fan, box, ash removal device, control system, etc. It is all placed in a box made of circular steel plate welding. It has rust-proof paint, beautiful appearance, scientific structure, convenient and reliable operation. The lower part of the unit with flange is directly connected to dust-lifting equipment such as warehouse top, silo, belt conveyor to collect dust in situ and recover dust directly.

The working principle of DMC single-machine dust collector:

Dusty gas enters the filter bag chamber through the intake port or through the open flange opening. Dusty gas filters through the filter bag into the clean air chamber, and then through the exhaust port of the clean air chamber, and is discharged by the fan. Dust accumulates on the outer surface of the re-filter bag and increases continuously, which makes the resistance of the bag filter increase continuously. In order to make the resistance of the equipment not exceed 1200Pa, the bag filter can continue to work, it is necessary to remove the dust on the filter bag regularly. Cleaning ash is a pulse valve which is started by the programmable controller in a regular sequence, so that the compressed air (0.5-0.7 MPa) in the air chamber can be ejected from the nozzle hole (called primary air) and the surrounding air (called secondary air) which is several times larger than primary air can be induced by the Venturi tube into the filter bag and rapidly expands in an instant, accompanied by the reverse direction of the air flow to shake off the dust, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning ash.
