Basic functions:
1. Automatic unwinding and cutting machine adopts magnetic powder
braking technology, so as to maintain constant tension to ensure
the accuracy of cutting when unwinding; PLC program intelligent
control can be adjusted according to demand: Mitsubishi PLC
intelligent control system has stable performance, and can
arbitrarily adjust the cutting width and specifications;
2. Automatic trimming: both sides of the diaphragm can be trimmed
automatically by traction (800mm-1100mm adjustable);
3. Cutting accuracy and efficiency: the main drive adopts servo
motor to control the cutting accuracy, and the cutting speed can be
controlled within (+0.5 mm) at about 500-700 pieces per hour.
4. Unique traction design, no damage to the diaphragm in contact
with the coating 0: Human-like mechanical clamp design ensures that
the surface of the diaphragm is not damaged during traction;
5. The system has its own fault detection function: when a fault
occurs, the monitor status of the display screen can prompt the
fault point, which is convenient for rapid maintenance.
Six mesh diaphragm cutting at the same time: Double traction design
is adopted, and mesh diaphragm cutting at the same time effectively
improves production efficiency.
