Product advantages:
FMS flumex high temperature resistant needle-punched felt was
developed by our factory in 1997 and put into market in 1998. It is
composed of two or more kinds of high temperature resistant fibers
mixed and laminated to achieve higher and newer physical and
chemical properties. The commercial name of compound needle-punched
filter felt with high temperature resistance is FMS (Flumex). The
production technology and manufacturing technology of FMS have been
patented by the state. FMS needle-punched filter felt series
products have the characteristics of high temperature resistance,
high strength, acid-alkali corrosion resistance, abrasion
resistance and folding resistance. After different surface chemical
treatment and finishing technology, it also has the characteristics
of easy ash removal, water-repellent, oil-repellent and antistatic.
FMS9807 can adapt to the temperature of 220 C for a long time and
260 C for a short time.
Compared with fiberglass filter material, the wear resistance,
flexural resistance and peeling strength of FMS filter material are
obviously improved, and it can bear high filtration load. The
filtration speed can reach more than 1.0m/min and the running
resistance is low. Compared with synthetic chemical fiber high
temperature resistant filter material, it overcomes the weaknesses
of large elongation, large deformation, low temperature resistance
and poor corrosion resistance of chemical fiber filter material,
and has better dimensional stability, strength and lower price than
other high temperature resistant chemical fibers. FMS filter
material is a new product developed in accordance with China's
national conditions. It is widely used in steel, non-ferrous
smelting, chemical industry, carbon black, building materials,
electric power and other departments.
