In addition to some advantages of ordinary needle-punched filter
felt, polypropylene fiber has better acid resistance, alkalinity
and lower softening point than polyester fiber. Therefore,
polypropylene needle-punched filter felt is generally used in the
field of liquid-solid separation where the smoke temperature is
below 100 C and the acidity and alkalinity are higher or where the
acidity and alkalinity are higher.

Scope of application:
Polypropylene needle-punched filter mat is usually made of 3-D or
6-D polypropylene staple fibers and reinforced baseboard woven with
high-strength silk. It is processed by needle-punching, calendering
and heat setting.

liquid-solid separation of metallurgy, mining, petroleum, chemical
industry, chemical fibre, medicine, food and other industries.
