This product is a new type of high temperature filter material with
excellent performance. It mainly consists of 5.5 M glass fiber,
supported by a certain amount of high temperature fiber P84, Aramid
1313 (Metas), aramid 1414 (Kevla), PPS, PTFE. With
three-dimensional micro-porous structure, low resistance to
operation, especially the irregular blade shape of P84 fiber
cross-section, the surface area of the fiber increased by about
80%, so it has a strong dust-resisting and dust-catching ability.
The polarity of the two kinds of fiber materials complement each
other. Similar to the filter bag, it can capture the smiling dust.
At the same time, the irregular cross-section of P94 makes the
fibers have strong cohesion and entanglement force, greatly
improves the peeling strength between the felt layer and the
fabric, thus increasing the filtration air speed by 50%, reaching
1-1.4 m/min, and improving the wear resistance by 3-4 times, and
prolonging the service life. The filter material is suitable for
high temperature flue gas filtration in iron and steel, metallurgy,
chemical industry, coal-fired boilers, incinerators, refractories
and cement industries. It is suitable for use in bag filters of
pulse ash cleaning and high-speed back-blowing. After long-term
test of high temperature and corrosive medium, the filter material
has excellent performance, can effectively control dust pollution
and recover valuable fine particles.
